Position
Summary:
Contractor-provided services to support MC-12, MQ-1B, MQ-9, and other Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) or surrogate platforms air and ground services, and test and range activities. Holloman AFB, NM, Creech AFB, NV, March ARB, CA, Hancock Field, NY, and Beale AFB, CA and their range partners are required to provide realistic training, exercise, and test events for the war-fighter, primarily MC-12, MQ-1B Predator, and MQ-9 Reaper aircrews. The primary focus of this task order is to support aircrew training IAW the attached MQ-1B, MQ-9, MC-12, and Weapons School syllabi (attached in Appendix 1A - 1D), however, the Contractor may be asked to support any Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) test or training events requiring Opposing Forces (OPFOR), Blue Forces (BLUFOR), or Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) support.
Develops tests, maintains and delivers training programs and related materials in support of customer products and procedures and/or for a major area or customer
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares and modifies training materials.
Trains personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars.
Develops computer based training materials and courses.
Develops tests, maintains and delivers training programs and related materials in support of customer products and procedures and/or for a major area or customer
Participates in the establishment of course content and objectives
Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities
Updates course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance
Regular reporting of progress and status of assigned task
Maintains measurement tools
Completion of assigned task on time, within specified parameters of cost, and meeting technical requirements
Communicate clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer as required
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Attend appropriate engineering, customer or business meetings.
Assist in conducting task analysis
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
5 years of related experience
Must be current/former US Air Force / Air Force Reserve JTAC Standards and Evaluations Evaluator (JTAC-SEE) with operational and combat experience. Must have maintained JTAC-SEE qualifications within the last ten (10) years.
Must be proficient in all associated equipment and software.
o This equipment includes at a minimum IZLID IR Pointers, PRC-112 MBITRs, PRC-148 MBITRs, PRC-152 MBITRs, Quick Draw II, ROVER systems and associated equipment, i.e. ROVER receivers, antennas, SIR 2.0, SIR 2.5, Toughbooks, etc.
Minimum Clearance: Active Secret

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
