Position supports ACC as the force provider for Low Observable (LO) airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR). The position clarifies, augments and aligns support efforts under ACC to encompass and institutionalize the expanding LO ISR enterprise. The position provides LO ISR mission planning, network and security to the current and future LO ISR enterprise, and includes supporting activities at the 432 Wing Advanced Programs Office, 30th Reconnaissance Squadron, 732 OG Detachment 1 Flight Training Unit (FTU), 432nd Maintenance Group , and ACC Training Support Squadron Det 8.
Review, develop, prepare, certify and save mission plans for test, peacetime and wartime operations, training (aircraft and simulator) and exercise. Perform Deliberate Planning, and Crisis Action Planning, utilizing available mission planning tools; to satisfy mission needs throughout the Air Tasking Order cycle in multiple Areas of Operational Responsibility. Provide support during mission execution.
Identify threats and survivability issues.
Provide technical support and guidance on effective planning and employment.
Liaise with the System Program Office, staff, other DOD organizations, and mission planning experts.
Remain current on LO ISR system capabilities, developments and initiatives in
Advise unit leadership, tacticians, test directors, program managers and mission planners on policies, positions, plans and execution.
Provide training, refresher training and demonstrate proper LO ISR mission planning process and execution to aircrew and unit personnel, up to 100 people approximately 6 times per year.
Advise and recommend options to manage and improve LO ISR mission planning processes and procedures, efficiency and effectiveness, equipment capabilities and training requirements at each post-mission debrief.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise to weekly unit-led LO ISR related exercises, tests, experimentation and table top events
Provide advisory expertise in the overall development, planning, establishment, and implementation of a LO ISR mission planning training program.
Review and advise on conceptual operational plans quarterly.
Provide SME support to the Syllabus Review Conference to provide input and changes to FTU course syllabi.
Annually review and provide feedback on formal guidance contained in Air Force Instructions and Air Force Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures Manuals.
Attend quarterly program management reviews, human machine interface, mission planning and other working groups, conferences.
Assist in monitoring the state of health of Program Security.
US Citizen
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of four years' experience mission planning; using mission planning systems for LO weapons systems, to include RQ-170, B-2, F-117, F-22, or equivalent within the last 24 months.
Demonstrated operational experience with airborne LO mission planning, LO mission planning software, and LO operational currency within the last two years.
Three years' experience with Air Defense Systems, Electronic Warfare (EW) and other national, international and theater-level threat system capabilities, developments and initiatives as they pertain to mission planning.
Masters Degree
Demonstrated excellent oral and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask in both a team setting, as well as independently in a rapidly changing environment
Applicants selected for this position will require a DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance, background screening and the ability to obtain SAP Access. Applicants selected for a security clearance will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirement for access to classified information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
